Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- preferably two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- knowledge of labor laws
- understanding of health and safety procedures
- ability to train and develop staff
- good communication and leadership skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House (HOH) operations
- provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
- ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, food safety, and sanitation standards
- manage inventory and ordering of kitchen supplies
- train and develop kitchen staff
- maintain safety and security procedures
- coordinate with front-of-house management to ensure seamless guest service
