Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • preferably two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • knowledge of labor laws
  • understanding of health and safety procedures
  • ability to train and develop staff
  • good communication and leadership skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

  • understanding of responsible alcohol service

Job Duties

  • Oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House (HOH) operations
  • provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, food safety, and sanitation standards
  • manage inventory and ordering of kitchen supplies
  • train and develop kitchen staff
  • maintain safety and security procedures
  • coordinate with front-of-house management to ensure seamless guest service
