  • oversee the daily operations of the heart-of-house (kitchen area)
  • provide direction and supervision to all kitchen staff
  • ensure compliance with health codes, safety protocols, and labor laws
  • manage food preparation and inventory control
  • foster a positive and productive team environment
  • conduct training and development for team members
  • maintain sanitation and responsible alcohol service standards
