Job Requirements

  • Meet all minimum requirements of the Team Member role
  • be authorized to work in the United States
  • be at least 18 years old
  • available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
  • ability to lift cases or bags of produce and protein up to 40 pounds
  • tactile sensitivity to assess quality and perform detail-oriented tasks
  • strong visual and auditory observation skills for environmental awareness during operations

Job Qualifications

  • Kitchen or restaurant experience in high-volume settings
  • knowledge of food safety practices
  • strong time management and organizational skills
  • attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • experience with kitchen management tools and inventory systems
  • familiarity with local and sustainable ingredients preferred
  • Food Handler or ServSafe certification a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead the kitchen with a focus on quality and consistency
  • ensure smooth operations across all shifts
  • measure, cut, organize, and ensure product standards are met
  • operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including ovens and hot tools
  • conduct tactile quality assessments
  • communicate effectively with team members for coordination and coaching
  • observe and assess performance to ensure operational quality and standards adherence
  • maintain a consistent physical presence with active floor leadership
  • organize workflow, anticipate demand, and manage tasks efficiently
  • perform all essential functions and duties of Team Member role
