Job Requirements

  • Meet all minimum requirements of the Team Member role
  • Ability to lift and handle items up to approximately 40 pounds
  • Tactile sensitivity to assess food quality and complete detail-oriented tasks
  • Visual and auditory attentiveness to maintain quality and safety during operations
  • Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in kitchen or restaurant settings with high-volume food preparation
  • Knowledge of food safety practices, ideally with Food Handler or ServSafe certification
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities with attention to detail
  • Effective communication and team collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with kitchen management tools and inventory systems preferred
  • Experience with local and sustainable ingredients a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead the kitchen with a focus on quality and consistency while ensuring smooth operations across all shifts
  • Measure, cut, organize, and ensure product standards are met
  • Operate kitchen tools and equipment safely and effectively, including ovens and electrical tools
  • Conduct quality assessments requiring fine motor skills and tactile sensitivity
  • Engage in verbal communication with team members for coordination, coaching, and documentation
  • Observe and assess performance to ensure operational quality and adherence to standards
  • Maintain physical presence on the floor by engaging in hands-on tasks and staying visible
  • Organize workflow, anticipate demand, and manage tasks efficiently
  • Perform essential duties and meet minimum requirements outlined in the Team Member role
