- physical stamina to stand and walk throughout the shift
- knowledge of proper cleaning chemicals and techniques
- ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
- ability to obtain and maintain required licenses and certifications

Job Duties
- Sanitize and clean dishes, silverware, and glassware by hand or automatic dishwasher
- wash pots, pans, and trays
- sweep and mop kitchen floors
- maintain cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and surfaces
- dispose waste into designated waste areas
