- Operate dishwashing machines to ensure all dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans are thoroughly cleaned
- Manually wash larger items as needed, including pots and essential kitchen tools

- Assist kitchen staff with food preparation tasks to contribute to a smooth workflow when required
- Regularly dispose of kitchen waste to maintain a tidy environment
- Monitor and manage cleaning supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary
