Job Requirements
- Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
- Must have current car insurance with the driver’s name as an authorized driver
- Must have personal vehicle available for deliveries when company vehicles are occupied
- Must be able to operate a motor vehicle safely following all traffic laws
- Must be able to stoop, lift, carry, push, pull, bend, twist, and reach items up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable with constant standing and walking often in extreme weather conditions
- Must follow written and verbal instructions in a busy kitchen environment
- Must be available to work during peak seasonal days such as Bosses’ Day, Admin Pro Day, and Valentine’s Day
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in food preparation or delivery is a plus but not required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for delivery driver role
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
Job Duties
- Bake and prepare warm, delicious treats according to recipes and standards
- Package orders accurately and efficiently for delivery or pickup
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
- Deliver warm, delicious treats to customers quickly and efficiently using company or personal vehicle
- Provide outstanding customer service with a smile to walk-in customers and during deliveries
- Assist with other store duties including packaging and cleaning as needed
- Maintain a positive, can-do attitude with the team and lead by example in all roles
