Job Requirements
- Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
- Must have current car insurance with the driver’s name listed as an authorized driver
- Must have own personal vehicle available for delivering orders when company vehicles are occupied
- Must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle while following all traffic laws and keep vehicles clean and organized
- Must be able to stoop, lift, carry, push, pull, bend, twist, reach items up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable with constant standing and or walking, often in and out of extreme heat, cold, rain, etc
- Must be willing to follow written and verbal instructions in a loud and busy kitchen environment
- Must be available to work during busiest days of the year such as Bosses' Day, Admin Pro Day, and Valentine's Day
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food preparation or delivery is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain food safety standards
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Reliable and able to manage time effectively
Job Duties
- Bake and prepare warm, delicious treats according to recipes and standards
- Package orders accurately and efficiently for delivery or pickup
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
- Deliver warm treats to customers quickly and efficiently using company or personal vehicles
- Provide outstanding customer service with a smile to walk-in customers and during deliveries
- Assist with other store duties including packaging and cleaning as needed
- Maintain a positive, can-do attitude and lead by example
