Job Requirements
- Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
- must have current car insurance with the driver’s name listed as an authorized driver
- must have own personal vehicle available for delivery when company vehicles are occupied
- must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle following all traffic laws
- must be able to stoop, lift, carry, push, pull, bend, twist, reach items up to 50 pounds
- comfortable with constant standing and walking often in various weather conditions
- willing to follow instructions in a loud and busy kitchen environment
- must be available to work during busiest days of the year such as Bosses’ Day, Admin Pro Day, and Valentine’s Day
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in food preparation or customer service preferred
- valid driver’s license for delivery driver role
- ability to work flexible shifts
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- customer-focused attitude
Job Duties
- Bake and prepare warm, delicious treats according to recipes and standards
- package orders accurately and efficiently for delivery or pickup
- maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
- deliver warm treats quickly and efficiently using company or personal vehicle
- provide outstanding customer service with a smile to walk-in customers and during deliveries
- assist with other store duties including packaging and cleaning as needed
- maintain a positive, can-do attitude with the team and lead by example
