Job Requirements
- Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
- must have current car insurance with the driver’s name listed as an authorized driver
- must have own personal vehicle available for delivering orders when company vehicles are occupied
- must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle while following and obeying all traffic laws
- must be able to stoop, lift, carry, push, pull, bend, twist, reach etc. items up to 50 lbs
- comfortable with constant standing and/or walking in various weather conditions
- must be willing to follow written and verbal instructions in a loud and busy kitchen environment
- must be available to work during our busiest days of the year such as Bosses' Day, Admin Pro Day, and Valentine's Day
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food preparation or delivery preferred
- valid driver’s license and clean driving record for delivery drivers
- ability to follow company recipes and safety standards
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work flexible night and weekend shifts
- physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- strong communication skills
- dependable and punctual
Job Duties
- Bake and prepare warm, delicious treats according to our recipes and standards
- package orders accurately and efficiently for delivery or pickup
- maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
- deliver warm, delicious treats to customers quickly and efficiently, using a Tiff's Treats company vehicle or personal vehicle as needed
- provide outstanding customer service with a smile to walk-in customers and during deliveries
- assist with other store duties, including packaging and cleaning, as needed
- maintain a positive, can-do attitude with the team and lead by example in all roles
