Job Requirements

must be eighteen years of age or older
fast serve restaurant experience strongly preferred
english language proficiency
requires a high school diploma or equivalent
ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions and policy documents
knowledge of menu items and preparation methods
effective communication skills
ability to prioritize activities and solve problems quickly
physical ability to bend, twist, stand up to 8 hours, and lift or move up to 50 pounds
ability to work at a fast pace
ability to remain calm in a fast paced environment
ability to work flexible late evening hours
reliable transportation

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
fast serve restaurant experience strongly preferred
proficiency in English
knowledge of menu items and preparation methods
effective communication skills with co-workers
ability to prioritize and make decisions during cook cycles
problem-solving skills
ability to work calmly in a fast-paced environment
ability to train others in procedures

Job Duties

be available for late shift kitchen closing roles
follow all operational procedures outlined in the Burger King Operations Manual
ensure food safety standards are met and maintain product quality standards
adhere to kitchen cleanliness guidelines and sanitation standards
dismantle, sanitize, and clean cooking equipment including hood filters and fry vats
prepare kitchen and equipment for morning opening service
serve hot and fresh products efficiently
assist with training new and existing crew
complete other tasks assigned by the manager
