Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in baking or culinary roles
  • Certification in food safety
  • Ability to perform physical baking-related duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
  • Strong numeracy and communication skills
  • Adherence to hygiene and sanitation standards
  • Ability to use baking equipment safely

  • Experience in baking or related roles preferred
  • Knowledge of baking techniques and adherence to sanitation regulations
  • Food safety certification required
  • Mastery of basic mathematical skills and numeracy
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills

  • Willingness to comply with PPE and uniform standards

Job Duties

  • Utilize standardized recipes and production guidelines to bake a variety of goods
  • Ensure workstation is equipped with all necessary ingredients and tools for baking
  • Prepare components by quantifying, weighing, blending, chopping, and other necessary preparations
  • Engage with baking devices such as ovens, cookers, and mixers
  • Practice safe handling of cooking utensils like knives
  • Follow food safety procedures to properly store perishable items
  • Sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils after each use
  • Offer outstanding customer service with a positive attitude
  • Adhere to Aramark’s safety protocols focusing on food safety and sanitation
  • Ensure security of corporate assets by following safety protocols
