- Prior experience in baking or culinary roles
- Certification in food safety
- Ability to perform physical baking-related duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Strong numeracy and communication skills
- Adherence to hygiene and sanitation standards
- Ability to use baking equipment safely

Job Duties
- Utilize standardized recipes and production guidelines to bake a variety of goods
- Ensure workstation is equipped with all necessary ingredients and tools for baking
- Prepare components by quantifying, weighing, blending, chopping, and other necessary preparations
- Engage with baking devices such as ovens, cookers, and mixers
- Practice safe handling of cooking utensils like knives
- Follow food safety procedures to properly store perishable items
- Sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils after each use
- Offer outstanding customer service with a positive attitude
- Adhere to Aramark’s safety protocols focusing on food safety and sanitation
- Ensure security of corporate assets by following safety protocols
