Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years relevant work experience in kitchen service, hospitality environment, or restaurant management
- Must have basic computer and iPad competencies
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for up to 8 hours, and be physically active for extended periods
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when necessary
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Ability to understand and evaluate the Profit and Labor Reports
- Open availability preferred
- Friday and Saturday availability required

Job Duties
- Foster a positive and productive work environment by coaching and providing feedback to the team
- Educate managers and team members on customer service standards and productivity
- Coordinate with the front of house team to ensure service meets customer expectations
- Report to the Owner/Operator and work with other executive directors
- Ensure smooth Kitchen / BOH shifts and delegate tasks as needed
- Monitor and manage inventory for BOH and kitchen supplies
- Demonstrate understanding of key positions in the front of the store
- Evaluate and make changes based on Profit and Labor Reports
