Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in kitchen service, hospitality, or restaurant management
  • Basic computer and iPad skills
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Capability to maintain positive attitude under pressure
  • Availability to work Friday and Saturday
  • Strong organizational and delegation skills
  • Basic understanding of financial reports

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years relevant work experience in kitchen service, hospitality environment, or restaurant management
  • Must have basic computer and iPad competencies
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for up to 8 hours, and be physically active for extended periods
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to understand and evaluate Profit and Labor Reports
  • Open availability preferred with Friday and Saturday availability required

Job Duties

  • Foster a positive and productive work environment by coaching and providing feedback to the team
  • Educate managers and team members on Chick-fil-A customer service standards and productivity
  • Coordinate with the front of house team to ensure service meets customer expectations
  • Report to the Owner/Operator and work with other executive directors
  • Ensure smooth Kitchen/BOH shifts and delegate tasks as needed
  • Monitor and manage inventory for BOH and kitchen supplies
  • Demonstrate understanding of key positions in the front of the store
  • Evaluate and make changes based on Profit and Labor Reports
