Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of food service or retail management experience
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic business acumen including P&L understanding and business math
  • Comfort using technology and POS systems
  • Willingness to travel for training
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Job Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of food service or retail management experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic business acumen including P&L understanding and business math
  • Comfort using technology and POS systems
  • Willingness to travel for training

Job Duties

  • Ensure food quality availability and a clean welcoming store environment
  • Recruit train and develop a high-performing people-focused team
  • Grow food sales manage inventory levels and maintain strong vendor relationships
  • Maintain store standards and ensure readiness for guests and inspections
  • Lead food safety and compliance efforts ensuring ServSafe standards are upheld
  • Step in as acting Store Manager when needed
