Job Requirements
- at least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- valid driver's license for the applicable state
- ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- strong interpersonal skills
- capability to lead and motivate diverse teams
- commitment to maintaining high standards of hospitality and compliance
Job Qualifications
- at least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field or a 4-year college degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience or a 2-year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience
- valid driver's license for the applicable state
- strong leadership and communication skills
- proficiency in hotel management software and financial systems
- excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- proven track record in sales and guest service excellence
Job Duties
- boost revenue and manage costs to ensure financial health
- develop and implement effective sales strategies and budget management
- utilize technology and reporting systems to streamline operations and support decision making
- deliver exceptional guest service and resolve issues promptly
- lead, inspire, and coach hotel staff to foster a positive and productive work environment
- build and maintain relationships with hotel owners, community leaders, and other stakeholders
