Job Requirements

  • at least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • valid driver's license for the applicable state
  • ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • capability to lead and motivate diverse teams
  • commitment to maintaining high standards of hospitality and compliance

Job Qualifications

  • at least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field or a 4-year college degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience or a 2-year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience
  • valid driver's license for the applicable state
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • proficiency in hotel management software and financial systems
  • excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • proven track record in sales and guest service excellence

Job Duties

  • boost revenue and manage costs to ensure financial health
  • develop and implement effective sales strategies and budget management
  • utilize technology and reporting systems to streamline operations and support decision making
  • deliver exceptional guest service and resolve issues promptly
  • lead, inspire, and coach hotel staff to foster a positive and productive work environment
  • build and maintain relationships with hotel owners, community leaders, and other stakeholders
