Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week
  • physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • able to stand and walk for entire shifts
  • able to safely maneuver through compact spaces
  • experience in restaurant management
  • willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience as a restaurant general manager in food service or retail
  • experience with profit and loss responsibility
  • quick service restaurant experience preferred
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of inventory and labor management

Job Duties

  • Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures
  • monitor inventory regularly
  • manage labor scheduling effectively
  • review financial reports and take action to improve results
  • recruit, interview, and hire team members and management staff
  • coach and train employees to ensure operational excellence
  • conduct inventory counts every other week
  • maintain restaurant cleanliness and quality service
  • ensure positive guest experiences
