Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week
- physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
- able to stand and walk for entire shifts
- able to safely maneuver through compact spaces
- experience in restaurant management
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of experience as a restaurant general manager in food service or retail
- experience with profit and loss responsibility
- quick service restaurant experience preferred
- strong leadership and team management skills
- effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of inventory and labor management
Job Duties
- Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures
- monitor inventory regularly
- manage labor scheduling effectively
- review financial reports and take action to improve results
- recruit, interview, and hire team members and management staff
- coach and train employees to ensure operational excellence
- conduct inventory counts every other week
- maintain restaurant cleanliness and quality service
- ensure positive guest experiences
