Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- no prior loadmaster experience required
- ability to undergo comprehensive paid training
- physically capable of demanding manual labor
- flexibility to work variable schedules including nights, weekends, and on-call
- willingness to travel and work in remote Alaskan environments
- compliance with FAA safety regulations

Job Duties
- calculate and verify weight and balance for aircraft loading
- inspect and document cargo compliance with FAA and company regulations
- physically load and secure freight using appropriate restraint systems
- operate or direct use of ground loading equipment such as forklifts and K-loaders
- supervise and manage cargo loading and offloading processes in remote locations
- monitor cargo hold conditions during flight as required crew member
- complete final weight and balance documentation and authorize aircraft departure
