Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a kitchen leadership role preferred
  • knowledge of food safety regulations
  • ability to work early morning shifts
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • physical ability to perform kitchen duties
  • commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization
  • proactive attitude towards problem-solving and team collaboration

Job Duties

  • Lead the opening shift by preparing and setting up stations
  • participate in morning team huddles
  • assist with receiving and verifying deliveries
  • enforce food safety and sanitation standards
  • supervise and support menu execution
  • maintain organized and labeled food storage
  • monitor inventory to reduce waste
  • contribute to menu development
  • lead closing shift cleaning and resetting stations
  • create and assign prep lists for the next day
  • ensure proper food storage and labeling
  • delegate cleaning and organizational tasks
  • collaborate with Senior Sous Chef and Executive Chef
