Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older (21+ for some positions)
  • At least 6 months of relevant supervisory experience
  • Available for nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong math, computer, and communication skills
  • Impeccable problem-solving abilities
  • Positive attitude and teamwork mentality
  • Ability to stay calm and lead under pressure
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and long periods of standing with reasonable accommodations

  • Coaching, training, and holding team members accountable
  • Jumping into any role in your department when needed
  • Identifying and resolving food and food quality concerns in real-time
  • Upholding health and safety standards
  • Reporting maintenance issues and safety hazards
