Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- at least 6 months of relevant supervisory experience
- available for nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong math, computer, and communication skills
- impeccable problem-solving abilities
- positive attitude and teamwork mentality
- ability to stay calm and lead under pressure
- physical ability to perform cleaning, lifting up to 50 lbs, and long periods of standing with reasonable accommodations

Job Duties
- Leading staff and overseeing shift operations for your department
- ensuring cleanliness, organization, and quality control
- delivering top-tier guest service by leading by example
- communicating clearly and professionally with team members and leadership
- managing inventory and prep sheets
- coaching, training, and holding team members accountable
- jumping into any role in your department when needed
- identifying and resolving food and food quality concerns in real-time
- upholding health and safety standards
- reporting maintenance issues and safety hazards
- maintaining a fun, positive, and productive work environment
