Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • at least 6 months of relevant supervisory experience
  • available for nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong math, computer, and communication skills
  • impeccable problem-solving abilities
  • positive attitude and teamwork mentality
  • ability to stay calm and lead under pressure
  • physical ability to perform cleaning, lifting up to 50 lbs, and long periods of standing with reasonable accommodations

  • Leading staff and overseeing shift operations for your department
  • ensuring cleanliness, organization, and quality control
  • delivering top-tier guest service by leading by example

  • managing inventory and prep sheets
  • coaching, training, and holding team members accountable
  • jumping into any role in your department when needed
  • identifying and resolving food and food quality concerns in real-time
  • upholding health and safety standards
  • reporting maintenance issues and safety hazards
  • maintaining a fun, positive, and productive work environment
