Job Requirements
- prior general management experience in a focused or full-service hotel environment
- prior brand experience strongly preferred
- ability to hire, train, and motivate a team to achieve exceptional guest service and employee retention
- experience in developing and executing strategic marketing plans
- strong sales leadership skills and ability to actively participate in sales efforts
- proven ability to create and execute the hotel’s annual operating budget
- command of profit and loss management, forecasting, and market analysis
- knowledge and experience in managing all hotel disciplines including sales, front office, housekeeping, and maintenance
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service
