Job Requirements

  • prior general management experience in a focused or full-service hotel environment
  • prior brand experience strongly preferred
  • ability to hire, train, and motivate a team to achieve exceptional guest service and employee retention
  • experience in developing and executing strategic marketing plans
  • strong sales leadership skills and ability to actively participate in sales efforts
  • proven ability to create and execute the hotel’s annual operating budget
  • command of profit and loss management, forecasting, and market analysis
  • knowledge and experience in managing all hotel disciplines including sales, front office, housekeeping, and maintenance
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service
