Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be able to push pull and lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work evenings weekends and holidays
- Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods and work in various indoor outdoor conditions
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong sense of urgency attention to detail and commitment to service excellence

Job Duties
- Deliver food from the kitchen to guests ensuring accuracy timeliness and proper presentation
- Assist in clearing cleaning and setting up tables chairs linens china glassware and silverware for service in an unobtrusive manner
- Greet guests warmly and in accordance with Southall service standards to ensure a superior dining experience
- Anticipate guest needs monitor satisfaction and respond promptly and appropriately to concerns or requests
- Stock linens china glassware silverware and food items for service assist in preparation of smaller items such as soup toast or beverages
- Assist in the breakdown and cleaning of food stations and service areas
- Clear tables of all items immediately after guest departure
