Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be able to push pull and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Availability to work evenings weekends and holidays
  • Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods and work in various indoor outdoor conditions

Job Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong sense of urgency attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
  • Team player with strong communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and openness to continued education

Job Duties

  • Deliver food from the kitchen to guests ensuring accuracy timeliness and proper presentation
  • Assist in clearing cleaning and setting up tables chairs linens china glassware and silverware for service in an unobtrusive manner
  • Greet guests warmly and in accordance with Southall service standards to ensure a superior dining experience
  • Anticipate guest needs monitor satisfaction and respond promptly and appropriately to concerns or requests
  • Stock linens china glassware silverware and food items for service assist in preparation of smaller items such as soup toast or beverages
  • Assist in the breakdown and cleaning of food stations and service areas
  • Clear tables of all items immediately after guest departure
