Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to obtain DOT certification
- 2+ years of truck driving, delivery, or transportation experience
- Ability to lift/carry up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to push/pull up to 100 lbs.
- Proficient with computers, including data entry, typing, and 10-key
- Experience with inventory systems is a plus
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or equipment operation, including forklifts and pallet jacks is preferred

Job Duties
- Coordinate with supervisors and job center staff to schedule and complete timely deliveries and pick-ups
- Verify and document materials, inventory quantities, and fixed asset transfers using company barcode scanning procedures
- Collect and confirm delivery details including location, contact information, PPE requirements, and access instructions
- Assist with pulling, verifying, and organizing job materials to support warehouse operations
- Perform quarterly inventory counts, inspections of incoming materials, and report any discrepancies or damages
- Maintain vehicles, equipment, and warehouse areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization
- Support general facility upkeep, including light building maintenance and end-of-day/week cleaning tasks
