The International/Domestic Logistics Coordinator plays a vital role in managing the end-to-end shipping processes for both international and domestic orders within a dynamic logistics and supply chain environment. Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of domestic and international shipping, documentation, and incoterms
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in logistics systems, Microsoft Office, and shipment tracking tools

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in logistics coordination or freight forwarding
  • Experience with customs procedures and multimodal shipping including air, ocean, and truck

Job Duties

  • Coordinate ocean, air, and truck shipments from origin to delivery
  • Prepare and verify import/export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading
  • Support customs clearance and ensure compliance with trade regulations
  • Arrange drayage and local deliveries for inbound and outbound orders
  • Track shipments, update system records, and communicate status to internal teams
  • Send shipping notices and invoices on time
  • Resolve carrier or warehouse delays and verify pallet counts and routing requirements
