Job Requirements
- Knowledge of domestic and international shipping, documentation, and incoterms
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in logistics systems, Microsoft Office, and shipment tracking tools
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in logistics coordination or freight forwarding
- Experience with customs procedures and multimodal shipping including air, ocean, and truck
Job Duties
- Coordinate ocean, air, and truck shipments from origin to delivery
- Prepare and verify import/export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading
- Support customs clearance and ensure compliance with trade regulations
- Arrange drayage and local deliveries for inbound and outbound orders
- Track shipments, update system records, and communicate status to internal teams
- Send shipping notices and invoices on time
- Resolve carrier or warehouse delays and verify pallet counts and routing requirements
