Job Requirements
- Medical degree from accredited institution
- Board certification in internal medicine
- Valid state medical license or eligibility
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including call every third night
- Excellent communication and patient management skills
- Commitment to ethical and patient-centered care
Job Qualifications

- Experience with outpatient and geriatric care preferred
- Ability to work flexible 4-day work week
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to personalized patient care
- Eligible for medical licensure in Connecticut
- Willingness to participate in light call duties
Job Duties
- Provide personalized patient care in a concierge practice model
- Manage an established patient panel focused on geriatric patients
- Deliver outpatient care with nursing home and home visit services
- Participate in light call coverage every third night without hospital duties
- Collaborate within a small, collegial physician-owned group
- Support practice growth through marketing initiatives
- Engage in partnership track opportunities within the practice
