Job Requirements
- Be 18 years or older
- Have eligibility to work in the United States
- Consistent access to a vehicle
- Own a recent smartphone capable of running the Instacart app
- Ability to lift shopping bags and carry groceries
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends
- 21 years or older to deliver alcohol
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or delivery experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to use mobile technology and apps proficiently
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Receive orders through the Shopper app
- Shop for groceries and other items at local stores accurately
- Deliver orders to customers' doors promptly
- Communicate effectively with customers if substitutions or issues arise
- Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction
- Handle multiple deliveries efficiently
- Follow safety and traffic regulations while driving
