Job Requirements
- Be 18 years or older (21 or older to deliver alcohol)
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Consistent access to a reliable vehicle
- Own a recent smartphone capable of running the Shopper app
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and comply with company policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in customer service or retail is a plus
- Familiarity with mobile apps and smartphone technology
- Ability to lift and carry grocery bags
- Basic knowledge of local stores and geography
Job Duties
- Receive and manage orders through the Shopper app
- Shop accurately for groceries and household items at local stores
- Package and prepare orders for delivery
- Deliver items directly to customers' doorsteps
- Maintain high standards of customer service and communication
- Navigate routes efficiently to ensure timely delivery
- Follow all safety and legal guidelines during shopping and delivery
