Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Consistent access to a reliable vehicle
- Ownership of a recent smartphone capable of running the Shopper app
- Ability to pass background checks as required
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or delivery roles is a plus
- Familiarity with smartphone apps and navigation tools
- Ability to lift and carry grocery bags safely
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
Job Duties
- Receive and manage grocery orders through the Shopper app
- Shop for products efficiently and accurately based on customer requests
- Ensure high quality and freshness of selected items
- Pack groceries carefully to avoid damage during transit
- Deliver orders promptly to customer locations
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding substitutions or order status
- Handle cash and digital payments securely
