- Eligible to work in the United States
- Consistent access to a vehicle
- Own a recent smartphone compatible with the Instacart Shopper app
- Able to lift and carry grocery bags
- Have a valid driver’s license for deliveries where required

- Ability to navigate and use smartphone apps effectively
- Good communication and customer service skills

- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record for deliveries involving vehicles
Job Duties
- Receive orders through the Instacart Shopper app
- Shop for items from local grocery stores accurately
- Deliver orders promptly to customers’ doors
- Provide excellent customer service during shopping and delivery
- Manage and prioritize multiple orders efficiently
- Maintain communication with customers and Instacart support
- Follow safety and quality standards while shopping and delivering
