Job Requirements
- 18+ years old (21+ to deliver alcohol)
- eligible to work in the United States
- consistent access to a vehicle
- ownership of a recent smartphone
- able to lift and carry groceries
- valid driver’s license and insurance where applicable
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior retail or delivery experience is a plus
- ability to use smartphone apps effectively
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- customer service oriented
- dependable and punctual
- basic knowledge of local stores and products
Job Duties
- receive orders through the shopper app to shop local stores
- pick and pack grocery items accurately
- deliver orders to customers' doors
- maintain communication with customers regarding order status
- handle and resolve customer queries or issues promptly
- ensure quality and freshness of purchased items
- follow safety and hygiene guidelines while shopping and delivering
