Job Requirements
- 18 plus years old
- 21 plus to deliver alcohol
- eligible to work in the United States
- consistent access to a vehicle
- possession of a recent smartphone
- ability to handle physical aspects of shopping and delivery
Job Qualifications
- Ability to use a smartphone and mobile applications
- basic customer service skills
- reliable and punctual
- good communication skills
- familiarity with local store layouts and products is a plus
- ability to lift and carry groceries safely
Job Duties
- Receive orders through the Instacart Shopper app
- shop for groceries and household items accurately and efficiently
- deliver orders to customers’ doorsteps timely and courteously
- manage order substitutions and customer communication when necessary
- maintain compliance with all safety and hygiene standards
- track earnings and schedule availability through the app
- provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
