Job Requirements
- 18 years or older
- 21 years or older to deliver alcohol
- eligible to work in the United States
- consistent access to a vehicle
- ownership of a recent smartphone
- ability to work flexible hours
- valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in customer service or retail is an advantage
- familiarity with using smartphone apps
- strong time management and organizational skills
- ability to work independently and reliably
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- accept and shop for grocery orders through the Instacart app
- deliver groceries to customers promptly and courteously
- maintain communication with customers regarding order status
- ensure accuracy and quality of items purchased
- manage flexible work schedule and shift availability
- follow safety and hygiene protocols while shopping and delivering
- handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
