Job Requirements
- Be 18 or older (21 or older to deliver alcohol)
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Have consistent access to a reliable vehicle
- Own a recent smartphone compatible with the Instacart Shopper app
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Be able to lift and carry grocery bags
- Have excellent communication skills
- Willingness to comply with all company policies and local laws
Job Qualifications
- Ability to use a smartphone and mobile apps effectively
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Physical capability to perform shopping and delivery tasks
- Basic knowledge of local stores and products
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to work independently and responsibly
Job Duties
- Receive shopping orders through the Shopper app
- Purchase requested items from local stores accurately
- Deliver orders to customers’ doorsteps in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain communication with customers
- Manage a flexible work schedule to accommodate personal availability
- Handle payments and potential tips professionally
- Ensure all items meet quality standards and substitutions are agreed upon
