Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old (21 or older to deliver alcohol)
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Consistent access to a vehicle
- Own a recent smartphone compatible with the Shopper app
- Ability to pass background checks if applicable
- Availability to work flexible hours
- Willingness to comply with Instacart's independent contractor agreement
Job Qualifications
- Ability to use a smartphone and mobile app proficiently
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Basic knowledge of grocery items and stores in the area
- Capability to lift and carry shopping bags

- Receive grocery orders through the Shopper app
- Shop for customer items accurately at local stores
- Deliver orders to customers’ doorsteps promptly
- Manage own work schedule and availability
- Communicate effectively with customers and support teams
- Handle payments and tips through the app
- Maintain vehicle and smartphone readiness for shopping and delivery
