Job Requirements
- 18 plus years old
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Consistent access to a vehicle and a recent smartphone
- Ability to lift and carry grocery bags
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Background check clearance
- 21 plus years old to deliver alcohol
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or delivery experience is advantageous but not required
- Basic proficiency with smartphones and mobile applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for delivery
Job Duties
- Receive and manage orders through the Shopper app
- Shop for groceries accurately and efficiently at local stores
- Deliver orders to customers' doorsteps in a timely manner
- Communicate clearly with customers and support teams
- Maintain excellent customer service throughout the shopping and delivery process
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols
- Manage time effectively to maximize earnings
