Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old (21 years or older to deliver alcohol)
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Have consistent access to a vehicle
- Own a recent smartphone compatible with the Shopper app
- Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background checks as required
- Reliable internet connection for app usage
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or delivery experience a plus but not required
- Familiarity with grocery items and store operations beneficial
- Ability to use smartphone apps proficiently
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage time and work independently
- Physically able to lift and carry grocery bags
Job Duties
- Receive customer orders through the Shopper app
- Shop for requested items accurately and efficiently from local stores
- Deliver orders to customers’ doorsteps promptly
- Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle substitutions if necessary
- Maintain knowledge of store layouts and product availability
- Manage time effectively to maximize earning potential
- Use smartphone technology to navigate, confirm deliveries, and track earnings
