Job Requirements
- 18 or older
- 21 or older to deliver alcohol
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Consistent access to a vehicle
- Possession of a recent smartphone
- Ability to lift grocery bags
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic knowledge of grocery store layouts and product categories
- Ability to use smartphone apps proficiently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record recommended
- Familiarity with local streets and neighborhoods preferred
Job Duties
- Receive grocery orders through the Instacart Shopper app
- Shop for groceries accurately according to customer lists
- Deliver groceries safely and promptly to customers' doorsteps
- Manage time effectively to complete multiple shopping and delivery tasks
- Communicate with customers for any order clarifications or substitutions
- Handle payments and cashout options through the app
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during all customer interactions
