Job Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Consistent access to a vehicle
- Owning a recent smartphone compatible with the Shopper app
- Ability to lift grocery bags and handle physical tasks
- Valid driver’s license and insurance if delivering
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
- 21 years or older to deliver alcohol
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience with customer service or retail a plus
- Ability to use smartphone apps effectively
- Strong communication skills
- Dependability and punctuality
- Basic knowledge of local grocery stores and products
- Familiarity with navigation apps
Job Duties
- Receive customer orders through the Shopper app
- Shop for grocery items accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders to customers’ doorsteps promptly
- Communicate with customers if issues or substitutions arise
- Maintain high standards of customer service
- Utilize personal vehicle and smartphone for shopping and delivery
- Follow safety and quality guidelines for food and deliveries
