Job Duties
- Receive and manage orders through the Shopper app
- Shop for groceries and household items accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders to customers' doorsteps promptly and professionally
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance shopper and customer satisfaction
- Maintain communication with customers regarding order status and delivery updates
- Ensure all items are fresh, high-quality, and meet customer expectations
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines during shopping and delivery
