Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be 21 years or older to deliver alcohol
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Consistent access to a vehicle
- Must own a recent smartphone compatible with the Instacart app
- Ability to lift and carry grocery bags
- Capable of working flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in retail, delivery, or customer service roles is an asset
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to use smartphone apps proficiently
- Reliable and punctual with a customer-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of local store layouts and products is helpful
Job Duties
- Receive and manage orders through the Instacart Shopper app
- Shop for groceries and other items accurately from local stores
- Deliver orders promptly to customers' doorsteps
- Communicate effectively with customers when necessary
- Handle and report any issues with orders or deliveries
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
- Navigate efficiently between multiple store locations and delivery points
