Job Requirements

  • Lift, carry, push and pull 25-50 pounds
  • endure standing, walking, kneeling, stooping, bending and reaching during shifts
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • willingness to work indoors and outdoors with variable temperature, weather, noise, fumes, dust and chemicals
  • must have weekend availability

Job Qualifications

  • Previous guest or customer service experience preferred
  • knowledge of or prior experience in full-service restaurant
  • commitment to world class guest service
  • ability to work as part of a dynamic, guest-service oriented team
  • outstanding attention to detail
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • proactive and able to take initiative
  • ability to anticipate and understand guest needs
  • ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Deliver the correct food items promptly and accurately to guests
  • offer appropriate condiments table side with courses
  • anticipate guests needs and maintain positive guest relations
  • monitor and maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas
  • communicate guests requests to servers, kitchen staff and bartenders
  • maintain knowledge of table and seat numbers, section assignments and proper table set-up
  • comply with all service, kitchen procedures, food safety regulations and company policies
