Job Requirements
- Lift, carry, push and pull 25-50 pounds
- endure standing, walking, kneeling, stooping, bending and reaching during shifts
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- willingness to work indoors and outdoors with variable temperature, weather, noise, fumes, dust and chemicals
- must have weekend availability
Job Qualifications
- Previous guest or customer service experience preferred
- knowledge of or prior experience in full-service restaurant
- commitment to world class guest service
- ability to work as part of a dynamic, guest-service oriented team
- outstanding attention to detail
- strong organizational and time management skills
- proactive and able to take initiative
- ability to anticipate and understand guest needs
- ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Deliver the correct food items promptly and accurately to guests
- offer appropriate condiments table side with courses
- anticipate guests needs and maintain positive guest relations
- monitor and maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas
- communicate guests requests to servers, kitchen staff and bartenders
- maintain knowledge of table and seat numbers, section assignments and proper table set-up
- comply with all service, kitchen procedures, food safety regulations and company policies
