Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift, carry, push and pull 25-50 pounds
  • Ability to lift and carry 25-50 pounds on a serving tray above shoulder level with one hand
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to work in variable temperature and weather conditions including exposure to fumes, dust and chemicals
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Ability to endure physical movements such as stooping, bending, kneeling and reaching overhead

Job Qualifications

  • Previous guest or customer service experience preferred
  • Knowledge or prior experience working in a full-service restaurant
  • Commitment to delivering world class guest service
  • Ability to work as part of a dynamic, guest-service oriented team
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and exercise good judgment

Job Duties

  • Deliver the correct food items promptly and accurately to appropriate guests
  • Offer appropriate condiments tableside with courses
  • Anticipate guests needs, respond promptly and maintain positive guest relations
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas
  • Communicate guest requests to servers, kitchen staff and bartenders
  • Maintain knowledge of table and seat numbers, section assignments and proper table set-up
  • Comply with service, kitchen procedures and food safety regulations
