Job Requirements

  • must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • no prior experience necessary
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • must be legally authorized to work in the united states
  • ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
  • availability to work weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts
  • physical ability to perform safety-related tasks and assist customers during emergencies

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • customer service experience preferred but not required
  • ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups
  • strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • flexibility to work variable schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • willingness to travel extensively

Job Duties

  • ensure safety and security of customers from boarding to deplaning
  • provide attentive and compassionate service to customers
  • respond promptly to customer needs and requests
  • work collaboratively with team members to create a positive and fun environment
  • assist in emergency situations following prescribed procedures
  • maintain professional appearance and conduct during flights
  • comply with all regulatory and company safety standards
