Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • no prior experience necessary
  • must successfully complete a 6-week paid training program
  • ability to pass pre-employment background checks and medical examinations
  • must be available to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
  • must be willing to travel and adapt to changing schedules

Job Duties

  • ensure the safety and security of customers from boarding to deplaning
  • provide compassionate and attentive customer service
  • respond promptly to customer needs and inquiries
  • work collaboratively with the inflight team to create a positive and fun environment
  • comply with all safety and emergency procedures
  • assist with boarding and deplaning processes
  • participate in ongoing training and development sessions
