Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • age 18 or older
  • ability to pass a background check and security screening
  • availability to work variable schedules including weekends and holidays
  • willingness to relocate for training in Orlando, Florida
  • ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • customer service experience preferred but not required
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations
  • ability to pass a background check and security screening
  • willingness to complete a 6-week paid training program

Job Duties

  • ensure the safety and security of customers from boarding to deplaning
  • provide caring and compassionate customer service
  • respond promptly to customer needs
  • work collaboratively with the inflight team to maintain a positive and fun onboard environment
  • conduct safety demonstrations and emergency procedures
  • assist passengers with seating and special requests
  • manage onboard supplies and service delivery
