- Be at least 21 years of age
- Have a valid drivers license
- Meet MVR check requirements
- Have no DUI / DWI / OVI or reckless operation record in the last 5 years
- Be able to pass a drug and alcohol screening
- Meet criminal background check criteria
- Provide a valid insurance certificate
- Own a dependable vehicle (subject to inspection)
- Obtain / provide a Bureau of Workers Compensation Certificate
