Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Sales or customer service experience
- Availability to work various shifts including holidays and weekends
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, and standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including holidays and weekends
- Concierge or sales experience preferred
- Strong persuasive and customer engagement skills
Job Duties
- Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations
- Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals
- Ensures that all owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services
- Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty
- Welcome and greet guests
- anticipate and address their needs
- Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
- Contribute to team goals
- Always follow company policies and safety procedures
