Job Requirements

  • must be at least 20 years old
  • legally authorized to work in the us
  • hold a valid passport
  • have a minimum of 2 years of flight attendant experience
  • prior leadership or purser experience is highly preferred
  • able to work flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • willing to attend paid leadership and a220 transition training

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2 years of flight attendant experience
  • prior leadership or purser experience preferred
  • experience working on A220 or E-Jet aircraft is a plus
  • legally authorized to work in the US
  • valid passport
  • at least 20 years old
  • strong customer service and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • lead in-flight service and coordinate cabin crew activities
  • mentor and support new-hire flight attendants
  • manage passenger escalations and resolve complaints
  • oversee in-flight sales and service delivery
  • ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • maintain the 'Seriously Nice' service standard
  • assist with boarding and deplaning processes
