Job Requirements

  • At least 20 years old
  • legally authorized to work in the US
  • hold a valid passport
  • minimum two years flight attendant experience
  • prior leadership or purser experience preferred
  • flexible availability for day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • willingness to undergo paid leadership and A220 transition training

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years flight attendant experience
  • prior leadership or purser experience preferred
  • familiarity with Airbus A220 or E-Jet aircraft a plus
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to deliver exceptional customer service
  • valid passport and legal authorization to work in the US

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor new-hire flight attendants
  • coordinate cabin activities and manage in-flight service
  • handle passenger escalations professionally
  • ensure compliance with safety protocols
  • oversee premium cabin service standards
  • manage in-flight sales and customer interactions
  • provide on-the-job training and support to crew members
